The salon runs Tuesday to Saturday, nine to six, and the front desk usually picks up on the second ring. Seven minutes from the train, two from the car park
Wickham Street runs through the middle of Fortitude Valley, and 540 is on the eastern side, a few doors up from the corner of Church Street. If you are driving, look for the metered bays right out the front or the paid multi-storey two doors down. Neither is cheap at peak hour, so the train is worth considering.
From Fortitude Valley station, walk out to Brunswick Street, turn left, then left again onto Wickham and follow it up. Seven minutes at an easy pace. The 199 and 375 buses both stop within a block, and the 60 CityGlider drops you on Wickham Street itself.

We close on Sundays and Mondays. Public holidays vary, so ring ahead rather than assume.

Quick answers to the usual calls
Do you take walk-ins?
When a chair is free, yes. Saturday almost never. If you are nearby and want to try, ring first and we will tell you straight rather than let you trek in.
How do I cancel?
Call or email at least 24 hours ahead and there is no charge. Under that, or a no-show, and we ask for half the booked amount. Details on the terms page.
What about first colour visits?
We need a patch test 48 hours before any colour. Call the desk, drop in for five minutes, and we will sort it before your appointment.
Can I request a stylist?
Yes, and we will tell you how far out they are. Say which service you want too, since not everyone does everything. The team page on about lists who does what.
